The jungles of Bhadra, where lands end and enchantment begins! Nestled in the scenic district of Chikmagalur, Bhadra is a dense jungle packed with sky high trees and abundant wildlife. Home to a range of rare and exotic species of both birds and mammals, Bhadra offers a nature lover everything they ask for! Although sighting a big cat is not a sure thing, Bhadra has been quite promising with its leopard sightings.

So with one part taken over by the dense jungles, the other part of Bhadra is taken over by the mighty Bhadra river backwaters. The scenic boating by the backwaters is everything a nature lover and wildlife enthusiast can expect. Thriving with reptile and bird life, backwaters of Bhadra is definitely a sight to behold.

How do I reach Bhadra Tiger Reserve ?

Bhadra is about a 5.5 hour drive from Bangalore, covering a distance of 300 kilometers. The closest airport is Shimoga Airport, though flight options are limited. If you need transportation to Bhadra, don’t worry – we can arrange it for you !

Do we get a boat safari ?

Yes for 2 nights 3 days, we have 2 boat safaris and 2 jeep safaris, however we decide depending on climatic conditions

I'm not a photographer, can I join the tour?

Absolutely! If you have a passion for nature and wildlife, you’re more than welcome to join us. With like-minded individuals around, you’ll enjoy a memorable wildlife experience, even if photography isn’t your primary focus.
