Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve is an untamed paradise where dry deciduous forests echo with the call of the wild. Known as the ‘Land of the Tigers’, this reserve offers one of the highest chances of tiger sightings in India. From dense bamboo thickets to sunlit grasslands, every safari here is a thrilling expedition. Witness majestic big cats, sloth bears, wild dogs, and an orchestra of birds set against breathtaking sunsets. Tadoba is raw, wild, and unapologetically beautiful – a haven for photographers, nature lovers, and wildlife seekers alike.

FAQ's
How do I reach Tadoba?
The nearest airport is Nagpur. Once you arrive, Katrivia Expeditions will arrange an Innova transfer from the airport to Tadoba. The drive takes approximately 3 hours.
What should I wear and carry for the safari?
Wear comfortable, earth-toned clothing to blend into the surroundings. Carry a hat, sunscreen, and insect repellent, and wear comfortable footwear for ease during safaris.
How many participants are there in one safari vehicle?
To ensure the best viewing and photography experience, each vehicle is limited to 4 participants. All vehicles are open-topped, offering unobstructed views.
Will there be a skipper accompanying us on safaris?
Yes. A Katrivia Expeditions skipper will accompany you on every safari, helping you understand the forest, animal behaviour, and habitat. For photographers, the skipper also provides on-field photography guidance to help you create strong images.
I am a non-photographer. Can I still join the tour?
Absolutely. Our workshops are designed for both photographers and non-photographers. As a non-photographer, you’ll still enjoy an immersive forest experience with a Katrivia Expeditions skipper, learning about wildlife, behaviour, and the ecosystem—experiencing the jungle in a deeper, more meaningful way.
