April 3rd – April 5th Fast Filling
Join me as I explore the Tiger paradise and the Leopard Capital of India, Kabini! Part of the southern Nagarahole Tiger Reserve, it gets its name from the beautiful Kabini river that flows amidst the forest. The serene forests, skyscraper trees, and the sprawling ecology of Kabini makes it a perfect wilderness retreat. Kabini is home to a healthy population of big cats, the Tigers and Leopards.

Kabini is well known for its leopards but is very famous amongst the nature lovers for the famous Black Panther who is seen by very few lucky ones! Kabini is not only home to big cats but also nestles the wonderful gentle giants, The Asiatic elephants.
Finally the backwaters of Kabini river adds to the beauty of the forest as it is decorated by the Sun’s golden hour light in the early mornings and evenings.
